Mouse and Keyboard support added!!!

Unfortunately, Mouse and Keyboard support only works for player1 in single-player mode. So to play split-screen you'll need two or more controllers to play. This is at the moment a problem that I intend to fix but just to get up and running I believe this will work for a bit.
